Use an old toothbrush and a solution of bleach to clean grout between tiles. If the grout is really bad it may be easier to regrout.

Remove stubborn stains from sinks, baths and showers using half a lemon covered with a sprinkle of baking powder.
Cleaning Brass Taps
Use half a lemon, dip into a bowl of salt and proceed to clean the taps with it. The salt acts as a scouring agent and the lemon juice will remove the grime.
Cleaning Tiles, Mirrors and Surfaces
Use a vinegar and water solution to clean tiles, mirrors and bathroom surfaces. They will sparkle like new.
